Responsible Gaming at gb999

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At gb999, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core part of how we operate. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond. We understand that for most people, gambling is a form of entertainment. However, we also recognise that for a small number of individuals, it can become a problem that affects their finances, relationships, and well-being.

gb999 offers a range of responsible gaming tools to help you manage your activity. Whether you need to set a spending cap, take a short break, or step away entirely for a period, our platform gives you the controls you need. We encourage all players to use these features proactively, not just when problems arise. Gambling should always be a leisure activity, funded from disposable income — never from money needed for essential living expenses.

How to Set Your Limits on gb999

Managing your gambling controls on gb999 is straightforward. Follow these steps to apply responsible gaming tools to your account:

1. 1 Log in to your gb999 account and navigate to your Account Settings or Profile section.
2. 2 Select 'Responsible Gaming' from the settings menu to view all available tools.
3. 3 Choose your desired tool — Deposit Limit, Time-Out, or Self-Exclusion — and set the parameters that suit your needs.
4. 4 Confirm your selection. Changes take effect immediately. To increase a limit or end a time-out early, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period applies.

Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling

It can sometimes be difficult to recognise when gambling crosses from a recreational activity into something that requires attention. The following signs may indicate a developing problem:

• ›Gambling with money intended for rent, bills, food, or other essential expenses.
• ›Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when unable to gamble or when trying to cut down.
• ›Chasing losses by placing larger and larger bets to try to recover funds lost in previous sessions.
• ›Lying to family members or friends about gambling activity or the amount of money spent.
• ›Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health due to time spent gambling.
• ›Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling sessions.

Understanding Self-Exclusion at gb999

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive responsible gaming tool available on gb999. When you choose self-exclusion, your account is suspended for the chosen period and you will not be able to place bets, access promotional offers, or make deposits. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months; the maximum is 5 years. During this time, gb999 will also remove you from all marketing communications.

To request self-exclusion, contact our support team via the email address listed in our footer. Your request will be processed within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen end date — this cooling-off design is intentional, to give you a genuine period of distance from gambling. After the exclusion period ends, you may contact support to request account reactivation; there is an additional 7-day reflection period before access is restored.

Protecting Young People — 21+ Policy

gb999 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We conduct age verification checks on all accounts as part of our account opening and KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated will be voided. We take under-age gambling extremely seriously.

If you are a parent or guardian in Bangladesh and you are concerned that a minor in your household may have accessed our platform, please contact our support team immediately. We recommend using parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to gambling websites. Software such as Net Nanny and Qustodio can help restrict access by content category.
